Sentinel Field Services is looking to expand upon our network of quality Lead Base Paint (LBP) Certified Abatement Contractors. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded Sentinel the Field Service Management Contracts in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Anyone interested in becoming a LBP Contractor for Sentinel must have the ability to complete all of the below services:

• LBP Stabilization Estimates

• LBP Stabilization

You must also have the following certifications:

• Department of Health Certified Lead Firm

• EPA Lead Base Paint Certification RRP

• Any state or local required licenses
